Hundred Machinery Revolutionizes Traditional Bakery Exhibition Model Allied Industry Leaders Unite to Create a "Gourmet Showcase," Pioneering New Business Strategies in Food Machinery Field
The Taipei International Bakery and Equipment Exhibition, which concluded successfully last week, gathered 370 exhibitors across 1,700 booths, generating significant business opportunities for Taiwan’s bakery industry. Among them, Taiwan’s leading food machinery manufacturer — Hundred Machinery — stood out by showcasing a range of innovative "food automation solutions." Collaborating with industry giants such as Namchow, Tehmag Foods, Hong Ming Flour Mill, Shin Chen Fa Foods, Sanneng Bakeware, President Nisshin, Fu Su Enterprise, Superior Starch, and Sun Cheese Food, Hundred Machinery formed an "Alliance team" on the exhibition stage, hosting spectacular live food demonstrations that captivated hundreds of attendees.
Food Machinery: More Than Equipment — A Catalyst for Innovative Business Models
Traditional food machinery exhibitions typically focus on equipment functionality demonstrations. However, Hundred Machinery broke the mold by introducing the concept of a "Gourmet Showcase" to the exhibition floor. Through complete production line demonstrations, attendees gained a clear, immersive understanding of how equipment integrates raw materials, processes, and product development — offering an all-in-one solution from ingredients to finished products. Hundred Machinery’s General Manager, Kevin Tsai, stated, "The 'Alliance team' is a new-era marketing strategy. By partnering with Taiwan’s top raw material suppliers, industry leaders, and bakery professionals, we’ve created an integrated service model to help businesses with product development, recipe adjustments, production, and even after-sales support — enabling customers to focus on brand management and market expansion."
Smart Manufacturing Drives Bakery Industry Upgrades, Leading Future Trends
At this exhibition, Hundred Machinery co-exhibited with Tehmag Foods, featuring a live demonstration of the automated Mooncake production line at the Tehmag Foods booth. This allowed many small and medium-sized bakery businesses to experience high-efficiency production processes up close for the first time, inspiring a pathway to transformation and upgrading. Tsai explained, "With automation, we ensure stable product quality, increased production capacity, and reduced labor costs, enabling the traditional bakery industry to transition towards smart manufacturing — keeping pace with the rapid changes in the global food market."
Beyond mooncake production lines, Hundred Machinery partnered with Shin Chen Fa Foods, Hong Ming Flour Mill, Sanneng Bakeware, President Nisshin, Fu Su Enterprise, and Superior Starch to present the latest fusion of automation and bakery creativity. The team demonstrated the trending Korean-inspired "Onigiri Croissant," blending popular dessert innovations with advanced machinery. Additionally, the "Black Sesame Q Bun" — combining sesame, yam, and mochi fillings — challenged conventional dessert perceptions, introducing a new health-conscious flavor to meet market demands for both nutrition and innovation. These dynamic live showcases brought the "Alliance team" concept to life, delivering an engaging and memorable service experience for attendees.
MIT Food Machinery Excellence Fuels Industry 4.0 Transformation
Hundred Machinery recently launched several innovative models, including the 'HM-106 Magic Hand Forming Machine,' which mimics the delicate craftsmanship of handmade filling techniques. With six patents and the Taipei Bakery Show’s Innovation Award, it’s become a game-changer for automated egg yolk pastry production. The machine also incorporates Industry 4.0 IoT technology, enabling smart monitoring and data analysis to optimize food production — showcasing the strength of MIT (Made in Taiwan) machinery on the global stage.
Transforming the Food Machinery Industry, Opening New International Market Opportunities
With the rising global demand for automated equipment, Taiwan’s food machinery industry faces a crucial turning point. Hundred Machinery, through the "Alliance team" strategy, connects raw material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and food development experts, creating a complete ecosystem that helps clients shorten product launch timelines, enhance product differentiation, and boost brand competitiveness.
