Chinese Meat Pie

Chinese meat pie is a classic savory pastry with flour dough wrapping up meat fillings. Mince pork, beef and lamb seasoned and mixed with chopped vegetables are common fillings for Chinese meat pie. Similar to pan-fried bun, Chinese meat pie features golden-crisp skin and juicy meat fillings.
