HM-737＋EU-70L Automatic Soup Dumpling Production Line

Automatic soup dumpling production line is composed of HM-737 and EU-70/EU-70L shutter unit. The independent motors for extrusion screws of HM-737 allow users to control the speed and proportion of casing and fillings. We applied water cooling system to prevent the heat, generated by the machine, from spoiling the dough. That is, the compressor will pump cool water to the compound nozzle section to maintain the dough quality, which is suitable for soup dumpling making. As for the shutter, EU-70 comes with two types of shutter, and with each shutter EU-70 can make different kinds of products. For example, 6-blade shutter can produce small meat pies with HM-737 multipurpose dumpling machine. A 9-blade shutter can make soup dumpling with 9 folds. EU-70L has three types of shutter for users to choose. The 6-blade, 9-blade and 12-blade shutters can produce different kinds of folding marks on the top of the food products. Among the three types of shutter, 12-blade shutter is the most popular for xiao long bao making. The 12-fold marks created by the shutter received more positive feedbacks from consumers.
