The 2025 Taipei International Bakery and Equipment (TIBS) Exhibition will take place from March 14 to 17, where Taiwan's leading food machinery manufacturer, Hundred Machinery, will make a grand appearance at Booth K116. The company will introduce a range of cutting-edge technologies and automation equipment, including the debut of Taiwan’s first MIT HM-106 Magic Hand Former Machine, showcasing its strength in automated production. Additionally, Hundred Machinery will collaborate with renowned raw material supplier TEHMAG FOODS CORPORATION at Booth N124 to present an automated mooncake production line, complete with live product tastings. Industry professionals and consumers are warmly invited to attend.
Unveiling the Latest Machines – Awarded the Innovation Prize
In recent years, demand for egg yolk pastries has surged in Taiwan market. Facing labor shortages and inflationary pressures during peak production seasons, bakery businesses are increasingly seeking automation solutions. With 29 years of expertise in encrusting technology, Hundred Machinery has developed Taiwan’s first domestically manufactured HM-106 Magic Hand Former Machine. This innovative equipment overcomes the challenges of traditional puff pastry production, ensuring high-efficiency output. The machine has not only garnered widespread industry attention but has also been shortlisted for the 2025 Taipei Bakery Show’s Annual New Product Award and honored with the prestigious “Jury Innovation Prize.” Visitors to the exhibition will witness its fully automated egg yolk pastry production line in action.
Also making its debut is the HM-599 Automatic Encrusting Machine, recognized as the flagship encrusting model of the year. This machine pushes automation to new heights, achieving an impressive output of up to 120 pieces per minute. Equipped with an larger cutting blade, it accommodates product weights of up to 600 grams.
Addressing the frozen food sector, Hundred Machinery introduces the HM-797 Pastry Sheet Forming Machine. This advanced system employs a vertical dough belt transport mechanism, solving the technical challenges of traditional dumpling machines. It enables the automated production of oil pastry products, such as curry puffs, significantly reducing gluten damage while achieving dual-sided 3D forming.
Innovative " One Machine, Infinite Delicacies" Pavilion
During the exhibition, Hundred Machinery will present captivating live demonstrations of automated food production. Daily scheduled performances will feature the production of trendy Korean Oniwassants, egg yolk pastries, handcrafted-style dumplings, and 24-fold golden steamed buns. This year, the company has specially curated the “One Machine, Infinite Delicacies” pavilion, showcasing automation applications across six major food categories: bakery, vegetarian foods, pet food, frozen foods, traditional Dim sum, and processed meat products. Attendees will experience the full spectrum of automated food production through a visually stunning and immersive exhibit.
