Designed Cookies

Cookie is a cluster of dessert made of sugar, flour, eggs and oil or fat. Based on these ingredients, every culture developed cookies of their own flavors and forms. Loved by all, cookie is a highly demanded dessert which can be baked at home and mass produced automatically by cookie forming machine. Generally, cookies are flat and small while the brittleness can go from crispy, crunchy to soft. Aside from the texture, the flavors of cookie diverse greatly. Traditional flavors like, caramel, milk, chocolate, coffee and peanut butter are common while nuts, dried fruits, jams and other fillings were added or filled. Moreover, the buttery texture of the dough provides a great flexibility to shaping cookies. Piped, molded, rolled and cut, people showed their creativities in creating different forms, colors and shapes for cookies.
