Chocolate Stuffed Biscuit

Biscuit is a cluster of dessert made of sugar, flour, eggs and oil or fat. Based on these ingredients, every culture developed biscuits of their own flavors and forms. Loved by all, biscuit is a highly demanded dessert which can be baked at home and mass produced automatically. Generally, biscuits are flat and small while the brittleness can go from crispy, crunchy to soft. Aside from the texture, the flavors of biscuits diverse greatly. Unlike chocolate chip biscuit, these ingredients were not mixed in the biscuit dough but stuffed in the middle of the biscuits. Paste fillings, such as jam, peanut butter, syrup, caramel and chocolate spread or Nutella, are most common. Solid fillings, like peanuts, hazel nuts, almonds and berries can be stuffed in biscuits. Moreover, the buttery texture of the dough provides a great flexibility to shaping biscuits.
