With a completely new design that simulates the artisanal handcrafting process, featuring a single opening structure, it perfectly replicates the manual filling and sealing mechanism. This innovation breaks free from the limitations of traditional encrusting machines and has received two invention patents and four utility model patents.
The **HM-106 Magic Hand Former** is dedicated to solving common issues with traditional encrusting machines, such as dough squeezing, and the damage to dough and ingredients. It focuses on maintaining ingredient integrity, making it ideal for producing oil-crust pastry dough, fermented dough, high-gluten buns, bread, and multi-layered Danish pastries.
The production line can be paired with the **HM-015 Forming Machine** or **HM-328 Round Pastry Dough Sheeter**, seamlessly completing the expanding, filling, and sealing processes. This ensures smoother operation, with the single sealing method mirroring traditional handcraft. The sealing thickness and firmness can be easily adjusted. It is capable of producing various products such as egg yolk pastry, mung bean Cake cakes, Su-style mooncakes, red bean Danish bread, curry bread, Chinese-style mushroom and egg yolk meat buns, vegetable buns, stuffed pastries, custard bread, and more. The product weight can range from 60 to 120 grams, with a production capacity of up to 20 pieces per minute.
