Hundred Machinery offers an automated steamed bun production line solution. The main machines are a HM-868 steamed bun machine, a EU-70L independent shutter unit and a HM-032 18-fold twisting machine. The twisting device can perfectly create pleats with handmade touch, which looks exactly like handmade ones.

The special three-stage progressive dough rolling technology flatten the dough wrapper while retaining the texture of dough. Then, the fluffy dough wrapping up the juicy meat filling. Taking 120g meat bun for example, the maximum production capacity can reach 3,000 pieces per hour. With a HM-326 paper placing machine and HM-203 automatic aligning and panning machine to complete the line, all you need to do is keep the hopper and conveyor full.
