To meet different needs, the HM-599 is equipped with a larger cutting knife design, ensuring even dough skins and consistent wrapping, while also increasing product size. This upgrade significantly enhances production speed and capacity, breaking the previous limit of 100 pieces per minute and increasing it to 120 pieces, achieving more efficient operation.

This model is compatible with various optional accessories, such as a dual-filling system, jam machine, motorized cutter, etc., enabling the production of various products like 9-fold or 12-fold buns. The machine, with its stainless steel components, can produce processed foods like fish paste, meat, and vegetable fillings. The large-sized color touchscreen panel can store up to 100 sets of data, making it easy to operate, suitable for long hours of efficient production, and an ideal choice for mass production of popular foods.
