HM-717+HM-323 Semi Auto Dumpling Line

An automatic dumpling production line is composed of sheet type wrapper dumpling machine HM-717 and dough recycling machine made of stainless steel and food-grade plastic, HM-717 dumpling machine is hygienic and efficient for dumpling making. HM-717 features an innovative wrapping method, solving the heat problem and dough gelatinization caused by extrusion. HM-717 can roll the dough into sheet without extruding doughs with screws, preserving dough quality and elasticity. As a result, HM-717 reproduces the texture of handmade dumpling. Moreover, HM-717 can create round and full dumplings with 2 dumpling molds to form the shape and appearance resembling handmade ones.

Automatic Dough Recycling Machine
Dough recycling machine was developed to enhance the automation of dumpling production. HM-323 dough recycling machine can automatically collect the cut dumpling wrappers on the conveyor. Then, the recycled dough will be pressed by the automatic dough sheeter and transported to the sheet type dumpling machine. The two connected machine formed a cycle of production that can operate smoothly without labor works.
