The batter in the hopper will be sprayed evenly on the rotating heated roller and the cooked pastry will automatically fall on the cooling conveyor. Then, the cooled dough sheet will be cut and stacked according to the needs. Additionally, there are many related accessories to enhance the operation of HM-610. For example, a batter mixer can prepare the batter for use while a colloid mill can mix the batter evenly faster. HM-610 can be equipped with a storage bucket with double layer. It can also be attached with water cooling compressor to prevent the batter from spoiling due to high temperature. Moreover, there is a pump system pumping the batter from the storage bucket to the machine hopper automatically and an independent cutting unit, cutting sheet wrapper into desirable size automatically.
