HM-620 is a high speed automatic spring roll sheet making machine. It can produce up to 2,700 pieces of spring roll wrapper per hour. Aside from the high capacity, HM-620 auto pastry sheet making machine can also achieve high quality. The temperature of the heating drum can be adjusted according to the characteristic of the dough sheet. By controlling the temperature, users can make spring roll sheets with different texture. Preheated the heating drum to the required temperature and applied the batter automatically. The batter will be cooked by the drum into a long, continuous sheet, then detached from the drum. Thanks to the fan cooling device, the temperature of the spring roll sheet will decrease swiftly and form a crispy texture. Then, the spring roll sheet will be cut into same size and stacked in order.
The diameter of the heating drum is 120 mm with the width of 320 mm. With 1/4HP compressor for batter applying and SSR Thermostat temperature controller, HM-620 can control the temperature accuracy within ±1℃. Moreover, the water cooling system was developed to prevent the spray nozzle from jamming. The wire has a heat resistance of 480℃, which is safe and reliable.
